    This year, Neighborhood Service Organization proudly marks 70 years of serving Detroit with compassion, innovation, and impact. Since 1955, NSO has been dedicated to advancing housing, health, and well-being for the city’s most vulnerable residents walking alongside individuals, families, and communities on their journey toward stability and hope.

    The Celebrating 70 Years of Heart Work Gala is more than an anniversary celebration, it is a tribute to the lives transformed and the resilience of those we serve, as well as the unwavering commitment of our partners and supporters. This milestone event will highlight NSO’s legacy of service while inspiring a bold vision for the future: ending homelessness, supporting mental wellness, and ensuring equitable access to care for all.
